Find out where your plant loses energy, and what each loss costs you.
We read your SCADA exports and compare every string against what it should have produced at the measured irradiance. Each lost kWh goes into one bucket: box or inverter trip, box switched off, string outage or underperformance. The result is an action list your O&M team can work through.
Request an analysisSample output
Demo plant A (Tamil Nadu), 1–20 August 2024, hourly SCADA. Plant identity removed.
"Other" is the gap that remains after the identified faults. It covers soiling, temperature, mismatch, clipping and measurement error, and the full analysis breaks it down further. The rupee figure covers identified faults only.
What the full analysis includes
Loss by fault type
Expected against actual output for each string and each hour, from irradiance-normalised current. Each lost string-hour is counted once.
Worst performers
The inverters, boxes and strings ranked by kWh lost, with the dates and hours each fault started and cleared.
Trends
Daily performance ratio, availability and recurring faults, plus a month-on-month comparison.
Actions
A prioritised list for O&M (fuses, connectors, tracker or inverter faults, cleaning schedule), with the value of fixing each item.
What we need from you
| SCADA exports | String-level (or SMB/box-level) current and voltage, inverter AC output, and plane-of-array irradiance, at 15-minute or hourly resolution, for at least one month. Excel or CSV straight from your SCADA is fine. |
|---|---|
| Plant layout | Inverter → box → string mapping, modules per string, module make and wattage, and DC/AC capacity. |
| Commercial | Tariff, or the value of energy, so losses can be priced. |
| Optional | O&M logs, cleaning schedule and the generation reported in the RPC regional energy account. |
Send a month of data and we'll come back with the loss breakdown for your plant. Your data stays within your engagement.
